We had an amazing experience during our stay at this luxurious hotel in the mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by the beautiful Bavarian scenery. We were able to relax and unwind in the spa and wellness centre, enjoying the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The beach access was a definite highlight, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The massage and beauty treatments were top-notch, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying the stunning views and soaking up the sun. The entertainment options, including beach umbrellas and make-up services, were an added bonus.

Great Winter activities and rooms with amazing views. The location is excellent, with a breath-taking view of a lake and mountains. Skiing, hiking and relaxing at the Spa are amazing activities. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh ingredients and local products.

No clear guidelines to prepare for closed roads during events. The front desk staff gave wrong information regarding the use of the pool past the checkout time which added to our disappointment.

The staff could benefit from more training on local restaurants and activities.

Stunning Scenery and Activities This hotel had an amazing location with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. the private garden with loungers and umbrellas was perfect for a romantic escape with plenty of activities such as cycling, walking tours, and a fantastic indoor pool and sauna area to enjoy some quality time together. the modern and contemporary bathrooms were a great advantage, as well as the delicious breakfast and set dinner offered at the patio dining area which was lovely.
